13.. Darwin for 2 weeks

Beginning of a new month, we arrive in Darwin and Keith goes with Graham to get some groceries.. and with Dave's help will see what is about and what we can do..

Meanwhile I'm in the boat and looking for cheap accommodation with easy access.. I found one place and he put me on the bottom floor and said it was easy access .. ok I book it for two weeks. Also a car for getting around. Keith and Graham came back with just a few things and lots to tell. when the boys got to the place where they tie up the dinghy and launch boats was high and dry , as the tide was out ...lol picked the wrong time to go to town ... graham jumped onto the mud thinking it would hold him but nope he went down into the mud knee high ...lol and when he pulled his leg out he lost his shoes ... so keith had to buy him some more shoes while out ... they sat at the yacht club bar while waiting for the tide to come back in ..

when they got back keith told me that he had organised to haul the boat out for the two weeks to pressure spray the bottom and put on some new anti foul and zinc anodes (these rust instead of the boat) ..
