18.. Broome

Broome today ..
It was a bit rough last night and my poor hunny has been up all night and has to stay up now till we dock.. he ran smack bang into a storm and headed closer to shore to try to be a little calmer..
Still feels a little rough to me. But all will be ok we hope.. we really don’t have a clue as to the weather as we have communications blackout without internet we only have satellite but no weather ..
Needless to say we have a couple things we need to buy for the boat, a satellite phone, amongst other things.
Woohoo we have / had a signal, fleeting as it was. Graham managed to get a word off to his sister, way early as we were still on Darwin time so six thirty was like 5am for her… way too early ..
Hubby managed to see the bank and it was ok , I managed to see an email that was ok … so we are on track, just need to fill out a form before either landing or being boarded.. apparently some person from South Aust, stuffed it up for the rest of oz when they came over with the virus, so I believe the hard boarder is back up again and quarantine is happening … I hope we get to get off the boat to get provisions.. I need some pills and hubby is short on his eye drops.. the closer we get the better the internet and I’ll get their form they require, I’ve not been able to get it before as we have no internet and even when we did it was too soon… you can only fill it out the day of arrival ….and on the internet…. So the morning has started well and its 6:28 again..thats when I started this ..lol wow lots happens in an hour and a half…. Lol
