30.. Weather windows

Finally we have a weather window to head out of Shark Bay .. we hit a little bit of waves first up but then it was quite good for a while till the after noon breeze hits .. we have to just keep on going as there is no where to pull into along the way ... of course we had to stop Just outside of Geraldton.. We head into the marina in the morning and are told that our fuel card is not there as the guy has gone bush for christmas and so we just need to find someone to open it for us and then get our fuel .. eventually we worked it out and got what we needed ... we got a cab into the town and got some groceries for our next leg of the trip .. Graham has been in contact with one of his school mates when we lived near here all the way down the coast and he wanted this friend to come see the boat but his mother wouldn't let him since it was so close to christmas he had things he had to do .. darn .. we missed him ... oh well maybe another time ..

to jurien bay ... Merry Christmas

when we got to Jurien Bay we picked up some more supplies and this is where Keith picked up a little trolley to put our groceries in as he had to walk all the way to a little shopping area they have there ... not much there at all ... we have been there before when we went on our 4 wd ing holiday with the kids on their quad bikes a few years ago when living up in this area at Dalwallinu a few hours east of here ..
