While being back

Well my friends we have been doing lots.. letting the landlord know the date we will leave this place, then getting things organised.. Plus seeing my new Grandson a few times. He is just gorgeous.. Photos to come when the Gallery is up..

So in the mean time, things have changed in Libby's life (daughter) and Kenny (eldest son) needs full time internet for his work so they are going to make a go of living together for a while. Ken has taken all the furniture from here that he would normally have taken which we bought together and of course we can't take on the boat .. Libby is the big winner here when Ken eventually comes to New Zealand. She will inherit all the things. Lounge, Big fridge, convection microwave, huge clothes washer and dryer. and many more little things to come.

meanwhile hubby and i have only our computer chairs to sit in and computers to watch telly on ... in same room ... lol doesn't quite work... as he likes his telly loud ..

we have to go to the marina and do our washing in the meantime ... but hey its all fun ... gotta make the most of what we have ... and we can't fit any of that on the boat ...

so picture this ... hubby put in a new stove 2nd hand but nice n clean.. so he doesn't want to cook on it and when he does, lol , he puts foil over everything...

AND

we have a hard waste rubbish collection next monday ... holy crap .. i thought i still had another week ...its here ...no wonder hubby is pushing me to clean off my desk so he can put it out on the verge ... crikey ... how could the date have crept up on me ...

again we are ill prepared ... my fault i guess ... lol .

well i best leave this right here ..next i shall type we will be on board the boat and i'll be writing on how the garage sale went and getting out of the house ... still trying to find someone to clean it up for us ..
