Just a catch up

Wellllll, lately it's been raining and pouring while the old man is snoring.... giggle .. well it's true but the old man is not so old to me ....

Anyway it's been wet here and so all work has come to a grinding halt ... then last friday 9th July, a fair sized weather system hit with heaps of rain , while they were warning us about Monday's weather system to come was going to be huge .. friday was bad enough but we had on and off showers saturday and today sunday is beautiful .. been up on deck getting my vitamin d but it was a bit breezy 22km ... so when i needed to go loo , i thought i'd stay downstairs and type out this ...

hubby is welding on the roof of the wheel house and graham is sitting in the wheelhouse looking for spot fires ... already there has been one ... i hear them up there yelling out to each other ... hubby is barely gonna get a couple done before he is going to have to pack it up with the weather front coming in ... i have my wheelchair out getting charged so i'm on lookout for the weather too ...

because of what ever weather effect taking place this winter and spring they say , is going to be wetter than usual ... well that does not bode well for the repairs we need done ...

funny thing is ... sometimes when i'm sitting up on deck or out in the car going to whatever destination , i start thinking or blogging in my head ...what i'm going to write about next .... let me know if you guys do that sort of thinking too .... lol

we got a notification from our provider that our internet would be interrupted from 7th july to 12 july ... well not much interruption till yesterday , was on the phone to my daughter when it suddenly cut off .... but all else was still going ...weird... so i text her was she out of battery , because they often don't charge their phones .... then the google went off but streaming was still going .... a couple mins later it all stopped ... urgh ... for a good couple of hours ...sheesh ... then today same thing till hubby started welding and switched off power .... internet came back on our phones ... hence i can use the phone hotspot to use my laptop ... where there is a will there is a way !!!!!!!
