Augusta Leg

We left Hamlin Bay very early, I was still in bed.

Graham crawled into bed with me for a while. It wasn't too bad just going up and down the waves .. he said after a while that he was feeling crook so he was going to his room. Then !!!

it got a bit worse, worse than the washing machine , this was a tumble dryer .. lol

my hunny cut back the engines a bit, so i tried to get up and go to the toilet. i got there, which isn't far but it wasn't easy ..

Back into bed, and we took off again, but man it got rougher...we had to go right out to sea to avoid the rocks and stuff and then come all the way but up to get into Augusta harbour.. it was damn rough right into the harbour. and here i was sliding across the bed platform , thinking i'd be sliding right off ... it was interesting to say the least. lol .. there was one time some water came in, it was after we reached shelter and we could talk that keith told me we went up a wave (huge wave) then down and the whole front of the boat was under the water ...but then she came up and still going forward ... i'm glad i didn't see that one ..

Our boat handled it fantastic .. so now we are in Augusta for a little bit ... waiting on a better weather window..
