on the hard

i sat in the car looking at those stairs / ladder rungs for a couple of hours ... trying to decide if we could afford me to be at a lodge or caravan or something for a couple of weeks .... but we couldn't so i sat wondering how i could get up that hellish looking thing ... arrrggghhhh , i have a hard enough time with the steps that are to up on deck ...those are a breeze now ....lol ... so my darling hubby was right behind me ... helping me all the way .... i got to the top , collapsed on the deck ... and sat there panting for almost a full 2 minutes ... pure reaction ... i had made it .... but buggered if i'd be getting down there for anything at all ....

then i felt the boat sort of bounce when the dog ran along the side of the boat .... arrrgggghhhhh it's going to fall off ... help !!!! keith assured me it wouldn't but took a while to convince me ....

so being on the boat of course is just being home ...but it was weird being in the air and not swaying in the water ... such a weird feeling ...

two weeks we have been on here , waiting for a friend to be able to come help ... and then raining .. but keith was carrying on and learning along the way .... watching shows like project brupeg (worth watching) ... and found out some excellent things from them ...and other shows we watch like life in a nutshell and sail life ... all excellent videos on youtube ... so nearly two weeks and not even half way done ...
